Job Title: Training Coordinator
At NIIT, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. As a key member of the Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in Frankfurt.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to an international work environment. A high-level understanding of the training landscape is essential, along with a customer service-oriented posture and team player mentality.
You will be responsible for analyzing training needs, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, and calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: 2-4 years in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Exposure: International work environment
* Knowledge: Salesforce or any other CRM, Cornerstone or any other LMS (an added advantage)
* Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory)
* Soft Skills: Customer service-oriented posture, Team player, Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts, Attention to detail, Structured and organized, Capable of prioritizing activities
