Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Management
o Supervise and direct cross-functional teams comprising Technical Architects, Developers, QA Specialists, and Business Analysts.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for their growth and development.
* Project Planning & Execution
o Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for successful project execution.
o Guarantee timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints and adhere to high-quality standards.
* Microsoft DevOps Project Management
o Oversee the configuration and management of sprints, backlogs, and work items within Microsoft DevOps.
o Track user stories and epics in detail.
* Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
o Conduct thorough business analysis tasks including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
* Client Communication & Relationship Building
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
o Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
* Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
o Collaborate with Technical Architects to align project designs with business objectives.
o Review and approve technical and business documentation to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
