At Switch Software, we are looking for an experienced Angular Developer (Semi-Senior) to join our team and collaborate on projects within the reinsurance industry. We seek a passionate developer who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
1. Develop frontend code, ensuring the implementation of high-quality features.
2. Maintain code integrity, quality, and organization, collaborating with the support team to resolve incidents when necessary.
3. Interact with the design team to implement features and manage user interactions with the application.
4. Collaborate with the team to design and launch new product features.
5. Work with Tech Leaders, suggesting improvements in development processes.
6. Perform code reviews and approve pull requests, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
7. Contribute to the design and architecture of frontend applications.
8. Support team training and address queries; client support may be required in some cases.
9. Work with the Innovation Department to introduce and generate improvements in product development.
10. Participate in technical evaluations of candidates, including interviews and practical tests.
11. Occasionally maintain client communication and coordinate team work, possibly taking on management responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
* Strong experience with Angular.
* Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Experience with RxJS and state management libraries like NGXS.
* Familiarity with Firebase for frontend integrations.
* Knowledge of responsive UI frameworks like Bootstrap.
* Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Karma.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
* AWS experience is a plus.
