Role Description
We’re looking for a 3 D Architectural Visualization Artist with strong Unreal Engine experience to help us create real-time interior apartment walkthroughs. This is not game development. Our work focuses on residential interiors used for sales and marketing.
Our pipeline combines AI-assisted modeling, Blender, Adobe Substance, and Unreal Engine, along with internal tools that automate floor plans and layouts. You’ll be trained on our internal tooling.
Our Workflow
Interior geometry is created using AI tools and/or manual modeling in Blender
Materials and textures are authored in Adobe Substance (Painter/Designer)
Scenes are assembled, lit, and optimized in Unreal Engine (UE5)
Internal Unreal-connected tools help generate floor plans and unit layouts → Full training provided
Experience working in structured pipelines is important. You will ensure the delivery of visually compelling content, maintain accuracy in architectural representation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life. Proficiency in Unreal Engine will be a crucial aspect of daily tasks.
Qualifications
Create high-quality interior apartment scenes in Unreal Engine
Work with AI-generated and hand-modeled assets
Author and apply realistic PBR materials using Adobe Substance
Set up interior lighting (Lumen, reflections, exposure)
Build clean, optimized real-time walkthroughs
Maintain visual consistency across multiple units and projects
Learn and use internal tools connected to Unreal Engine
Requirements
Must-have
Strong experience with Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred)
Architectural visualization experience (interiors required)
Proficiency in Blender or similar DCC tools
Experience with Adobe Substance for materials/textures
Solid understanding of real-time lighting and performance optimization
Portfolio showing Unreal Engine interior walkthroughs
Nice-to-have
Experience working with AI-assisted modeling workflows
Datasmith workflow experience
Apartment or residential interior projects
Basic Blueprint knowledge
Experience working with internal or proprietary tools
