We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Fullstack Developer to join our team on a customer experience personalization project within Marketing Automation Platforms.
This role will require you to work **100% onsite at our office in Campinas** as part of a development squad, collaborating closely with a major American investment client.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using Marketing Automation Tools.
- Customize and extend functionalities within those Marketing Automation Tools to meet project requirements.
Ensure that solutions follow security and performance best practices.
- Create and maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, providing guidance and solutions.
- Communicate with the customer’s team members and align technical solutions.
- Understand requirements and provide viable technical solutions by choosing appropriate frameworks.
- Willingness to learn deeply about any Marketing Automation tools as required by the client.
**Requirements for this challenge**:
- Solid experience working in a cloud environment.
- Backend skills: Java, Spring, REST frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Systems/Applications Integration experience.
- Openness to acquiring the skills required for developing solutions through marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience as a developer using any of these platforms: Marketo, Seismic, WorkFront/Fusion.
- Development using Angular or another frontend-focused language.
- Backend skills: Node
