Podcast Producer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Podcast Producer to oversee the full production lifecycle of our weekly interview podcast, Sofia Unfiltered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Outreach and Communication: Coordinate with guests from initial contact to post-episode follow-up.
* Episode Planning and Coordination: Develop episode briefs and host prep materials, review raw audio/video content, and provide clear edit notes.
* Edit Coordination and Review: Send editor cut notes and review the first edited version.
* Publishing and Show Management: Write show notes, descriptions, and summaries, and upload episodes to our hosting platform.
* Marketing and Promotion Support: Collaborate with the social media team, identify promotional opportunities, and create short-form content briefs.
* Multimedia Development and Growth: Assist in creating sponsorship packages, research brand partners, and coordinate guest cross-promotion.
The ideal candidate possesses real-world podcast producing experience, excellent written English skills, and strong project management abilities.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience as a Podcast Producer or similar role, proficiency working with audio/video editors, and familiarity with publishing platforms.
