Description• Identifying and develop new potential optical chains.• Identifying short- and long-term growth opportunities for the existing Kas.• Maintaining tight budget control over expenditure.• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.• Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activities.• Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have.• Work close to the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns.• Collecting and communicating customer requirements to all necessary departments.• Providing technical customer support, as product training sessions• Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers.• Networking with business partners and customers.• Participating in the preparation of annual sales budget.• Participating, effectively, in optical meetings, shows and conferences.• Planning and delivering product and sales training sessions based on a calendar defined in the beginning of each fiscal year• Monitor the KA´s AR ensuring that the DSO is achieved; Responsibilities• Have readiness to travel to different regions of the country as needed.• Have responsibility on sales targets for the KAs and websites country Specialty business• Interpersonal skills, clear communication, both written and verbal• Teamwork• Ability to think through and solve problems methodically.• Advanced knowledge of English language and Spanish (desirable) Qualifications• Minimum of 3-year experience within sales, marketing, and administration.• Desirable experience in Key Account Management• Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field)• Master or specialization is desirable
