You will work closely with the Growth and Delivery teams to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, transforming them into high-value opportunities aligned with our sustainability and innovation-driven mission.Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, networking events, outbound campaigns)Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls, ensuring alignment with our value propositionNurture early-stage prospects by maintaining engagement and delivering tailored content and insightsCollaborate with account managers and consultants to co-design impactful proposals and pitchesMaintain accurate CRM records and provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and conversion insightsAttend key events and ecosystem meetups to represent PALO IT and build long-term relationshipsSupport in the preparation of bids, RFP responses, and go-to-market strategies in alignment with business objectivesWho You AreYou have 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation roles within the tech, digital, or consulting spaceYou speak and write fluently in Portuguese and EnglishYou are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and digital transformationYou are highly organized, goal-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsYou are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo), and productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slack)You love connecting with people and creating long-term value through meaningful conversationsPrior experience in IT consulting, digital agency, or a startup is a big plusMore About PALO ITWe’re eager to adapt to change, learn from our experiences and move to meet our planet’s urgent needs.
