* Ad Production
* Transform raw footage into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft hooks that stop viewers in the first 3 seconds.
* Deploy engagement disruptors and optimize pacing for platform algorithms.
* A/B test visual approaches based on performance data.
Requirements:
* High-volume ad production experience.
* Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
