About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security and technical tools.
Key Responsibilities include leading end-to-end product design processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, and creating user-centered design solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
Requirements:
* Firm grasp of user flows, interaction design principles;
* Strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
* Demonstrated expertise in designing data-heavy interfaces with complex user journeys and role-based permissions;
* Prior experience working with agile development environments or similar methodologies.
