Client Success Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Partner to join our team. As the right-hand support for our Customer Success Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure successful client setup
* Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
* Foster exceptional client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in executive assistance or client support
* Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably GHL
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
