We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead our team in implementing and managing complex Salesforce projects.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling large-scale Salesforce projects, with a proven track record of success in delivery management and program management.
* Must have strong implementation experience of the Salesforce CRM platform.
* Should have strong experience in managing multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
* Should be capable of managing big teams with prime responsibility as Delivery and operations for multiple tracks.
* Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Epic and feature releases to clients as per quarter plans.
* Conducting monthly governance and weekly status updates with business and IT stakeholders.
* Closely engaging with Salesforce to build umbrella solutions for senior executive reporting.
