Job Description
As a Cell Therapy Supply Chain Logistics Associate, you will oversee the patient journey from screening through treatment across CAR-T therapies.
You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure therapies reach patients as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
 * Patient Product Management: Work cross functionally between clinical operations, manufacturing, and quality to effectively manage patient products from leukapheresis collection through drug product infusion.
 * Process Improvement: Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials which are used to ensure seamless end to end patient journey.
 * Logistics Management: Manage logistics providers which are responsible for transportation of patient material (starting material, intermediates, and final product).
 * Chain of Custody and Identity: Ensure chain of custody (COC) and chain of Identity (COI) measures are maintained throughout all patient journey activities.
 * Clinical Site Support: Support CMO activities which includes logistics support for all patient related material including CMO storage capacity management.
 * Scheduling and Inquiries: Support/manage clinical sites as primary point of contact (POC) for scheduling and general inquiries regarding patient journey activities.
