We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Key Account Manager. As a highly skilled business developer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client accounts within a designated territory, fostering long-term commercial partnerships.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, drive account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Pursue the acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory, leveraging your expertise in the travel industry.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their requirements, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products and services.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, capable of creating and maintaining successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment, with a track record of achieving set goals and objectives.
* Extensive experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Commercial acumen and understanding of B2B business models and segments.
* Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as primary working languages, with fluency in Spanish being an asset.
