Senior Project Manager
Mission Statement:
* We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our IT project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your technical expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, application software development, and Microsoft DevOps to manage high-profile projects.
* Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Analyze business needs and develop strategic plans to deliver projects on time and within scope.
* Evaluate project risks, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
* At least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management within an Agile environment.
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects successfully.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
* PMP certification and CSM are advantageous.
