Your Mission:
• Ensure the daily health, performance, and availability of enterprise monitoring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning for optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility.
About You:
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise monitoring roles.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, DynaTrace, and NewRelic in production environments.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring strategies to ensure system uptime and performance.
• Analyze complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide expert-level support to cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system reliability.
