Job Summary
The Test Manager role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. With a focus on Agile methodologies the candidate will oversee testing processes manage test teams and ensure seamless integration across web applications. This hybrid role requires expertise in tools like qTest SQL and Postman contributing to the companys mission of delivering robust solutions.
Responsibilities
Define and implement a comprehensive Test Automation Strategy for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integrated third-party applications.
Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis to final sign-off for major SAP releases and monthly patches.
Establish KPIs for automation ROI, such as defect detection rates, execution time reduction, and script maintenance overhead.
Lead and mentor a team of Tosca automation specialists and functional testers.
Hands on Experience - Understand requirement, design and Develop automated test cases using TOSCA; Test execution and Defect Management. Perform dry run and maintain automated regression suite.
Co-ordination with Onsite POC and other stakeholders.
Validate the existing detailed test cases and prepare transactional Test Data for the same.
Update and Uplift the Non-Detailed test cases along with relevant Test Data.
Understand the exiting automation framework/re-usable components if any.
Associate should understand implemented best practices and follow the same while new development.
Clear communication of status on a daily and weekly basis.
Rising issues and risks proactively with clients and with internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Automation tool hands on experience on Tricentis TOSCA (Must) with automated SAP applications. Good to have Web, SAP + Qtest Automation work experience.
TOSCA Certified Test Automation Developer certified in AS1, AS2 and TDS1. Good to have TQL and TDS2 certifications.
SAP Module - Good to have working knowledge of Sales and Distribution, Material Management and FICO Etc.
Understanding and good knowledge on qtest architecture.
Understanding and knowledge on Azure Devops.
Good Communication Skills.
