About the Role
We seek a
Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager
who will assume ownership of performance and growth across our Amazon catalog.
This role does not involve coordination tasks. It requires a professional who approaches the marketplace as a
category owner
, acts independently, and demonstrates a proven ability to drive measurable results on Amazon.
The selected candidate will oversee the full commercial ecosystem of the account, including
listings, advertising strategy, profitability, and positioning within the marketplace
. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and requires the ability to present solutions rather than merely identifying issues.
Must-Haves
Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns for US-based Amazon sellers (highly important)
. Candidates must have worked directly with accounts operating in the
US Amazon marketplace
and understand its competitive dynamics
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts within the US marketplace
. We value depth of expertise over years on paper and will consider candidates with strong e-commerce backgrounds who transitioned into Amazon-focused roles
Deep expertise in Amazon PPC
, including campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword research, and ongoing optimization
Strong command of key performance metrics, including
ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and profitability at the ASIN level
Experience managing and optimizing listings end-to-end, including
titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, and indexing
Demonstrated ability to
improve ASIN ranking, visibility, and conversion rates over time
Experience managing product categories, including monitoring trends, analyzing competitor positioning, and presenting strategic recommendations
Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to follow through, respond quickly, and deliver results without constant supervision
Ability to interpret written instructions and execute independently without the need for continuous guidance
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with tools such as
Helium 10, DataDive, Perpetua, or similar Amazon analytics platforms
Familiarity with
Amazon DSP or off-Amazon traffic strategies
Experience working with
US-based brands or agencies in remote environments
Background in
consumer goods, kitchenware, or household products
