About the Role Our client is Life Source Water Systems, a Los Angeles-based home services company that makes sure every customer has a smooth, professional experience — from the very first call to the moment their service is delivered. As Sales Assistant, you'll be the first voice customers hear: managing inbound leads, following up on unbooked prospects, booking appointments, and keeping the engine running between the Sales and Operations teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations. This is a role for someone who is proactive, organized under pressure, and takes real ownership — the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told when something needs doing. Responsibilities • Receive and qualify inbound leads from calls, web forms, and CRM entries. • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to unbooked leads — following up persistently until they are scheduled. • Book and confirm appointments in the scheduling system. • Schedule and assign jobs to the right team members, keeping schedules efficient and customers well taken care of. • Partner closely with the Field Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs, accurate information transfer, and strong customer follow-up. • Keep the CRM up to date with accurate customer and lead data at all times. • Generate and share reports on bookings, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling performance. • Provide friendly, professional communication with customers at every step of the process. Requirements: Must-have: • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional, confident on the phone, with no heavy accent that would affect call quality. • 3 years of experience in customer success, dispatching, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role. • Proven experience working with US-based customers. • Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls in a busy, fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. • Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and reporting. • Quiet, dedicated workspace with a high-speed internet connection (100 Mbps recommended). • Stable employment history — consistent tenure in previous roles. Nice to have • Spanish fluency (a plus, not required). • Background in home improvement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or field services. • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. • Outbound sales experience with a track record of converting leads. • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow tools.
