Job Overview
A key responsibility of this role is to facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration, driving business agility and growth.
* Orchestrate major program events such as PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
* Manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence.

Responsibilities
The Agile Project Facilitator coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when needed.
Optimize the flow of value across the ART, helping manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Salesforce knowledge is appreciated, while JIRA is a must-have skill for this role.
Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, linking business strategy to technical execution.
