DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute outreach campaigns throughdirect communication, social platforms, email, and industry eventsto engage potential partners. Build, manage, and optimize a salesor partnership pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successfulconversions. Expand and manage regional or international partnernetworks, balancing cost efficiency and business impact. Establishand nurture relationships with key partners and high-value clientsto support long-term business growth. Present the company’s valueproposition, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.Oversee smooth onboarding of new partners, including contractfinalization, compliance checks, and integration into companyprograms. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamlesspartner handover and ongoing support. Monitor industry trends,competitor activities, and market demands to identify new businessopportunities. Track and report on key performance metrics,including partner acquisition and overall business impact.REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in Portuguese (C1), with strong proficiency inboth written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (atleast B2). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, BusinessDevelopment, or Partnerships (experience in a fast-paced,target-driven industry preferred). Strong understanding ofpartnership models, client relationship management, and businessdevelopment strategies. Proven ability to negotiate, close deals,and manage long-term relationships. Excellent organizational,communication, and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree orequivalent qualification. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.G.,Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing pipelines and performancetracking. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new growthopportunities. Willingness to travel and represent the company atindustry events when required.
