Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry to excel as a strategic business partner.
About the Role:
* Strategic account planning and management to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Developing and implementing effective strategies to expand key accounts within assigned territories.
* Building strong relationships through regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Preparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborating with product development teams to gather client feedback and insights, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications - Position Requirements
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills for building and maintaining successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries, with experience in delivering business results.
* Business acumen and knowledge of new business segments and models.
* Project management skills for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
