Senior User Experience Designer
A highly skilled professional in English is required to excel in this role.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design, partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement design strategies that meet business needs and enhance the user experience;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions;
* Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions;
* Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
* Evaluate and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;
* 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a cybersecurity or SaaS environment;
* Expert-level proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar;
* Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
