Project Management Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex initiatives across various functions in an agile engineering environment.
This role involves translating business priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring quality and consistency throughout the delivery process.
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methods to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on project progress using relevant metrics and tools.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience leading project delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
