About the Role:
The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for working directly with product managers and product owners to gather and document business requirements. This role will also involve being part of an Agile Product Delivery team, leveraging reporting tools for analysis, and developing roadmaps to drive the company forward.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Combination of IT and business experiences with a focus on Supply Chain.
* Good knowledge of Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP, and SAP HANA, SQL.
* Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product.
* Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products.
* Ongoing organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels.
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization, and time management skills.
