Key Responsibilities
 * Analyze and document business requirements to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
 * Cultivate open communication with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
 * Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
 * Demonstrate expertise in business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
 * Showcase proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration.
