You should possess: Architectural Mastery: A deep obsession with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns. You believe code should be as readable as it is fast. Performance Engineering: Real-world experience building Low-Latency/High-Throughput systems. You know how to find bottlenecks using profiling tools and how to mitigate them. The Concurrent Mindset: Expertise in TPL (Async/Await) and a deep understanding of thread safety and synchronization. You don't just use lock;
you understand why you're using it. Data at Scale: Mastery of SQL Server performance tuning, from execution plans to index optimization, ensuring our data layer scales with our ambitions.
