Key Account Manager Role Summary
The position of Key Account Manager is critical to the success of our organization. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Building: The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships with clients in their portfolio, fostering trust and ensuring mutual understanding of goals and objectives.
* Inventory Optimization: They will optimize inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through our Reservations Center, leveraging data insights to drive business growth.
* Negotiation and Partnership Development: The Key Account Manager will negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
* Demand Analysis and Product Alignment: Using internal tools, they will analyze demand data and booking patterns to align contracted products with agency network demand, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
* Strategic Guidance: The successful candidate will advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies, providing actionable recommendations to enhance client performance.
* Business Opportunity Identification: In coordination with department heads and the Business Acceleration area, they will identify new business opportunities, such as product offerings or services, to drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in account management or a similar role.
* Education: A degree in tourism or a related field is desired, but not required.
* Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
* Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
