Role Summary
The Scrum Master is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring a dedicated professional who can effectively facilitate Agile principles and methodologies.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting and guiding Scrum teams, partnering with Agile coaches, implementing SAFe practices, identifying and removing impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and working closely with team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
A successful Scrum Master candidate will possess 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and certifications are a strong plus. They also need experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar, proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts, experience working with distributed global teams and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
