Job Title: Front-end Architect
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced front-end architect to lead our website development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React and Strapi, as well as a solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement fast and scalable front-end solutions using React and Strapi.
* Rebuild and optimize existing website sections for performance and conversion.
* Maintain Core Web Vitals in the green using real-user monitoring tools.
* Develop content structures and data models in Strapi v5.
* Integrate CMS features with analytics tools such as Vercel and Google Analytics.
Qualifications and Skills
* 3+ years of experience building front-end applications with React.
* Advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred).
* Proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment, and server-side integrations.
* Solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments.
* Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deploy fixes in real-time production environments.
* Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates and running A/B testing experiments.
* Strong knowledge of analytics tools and CMS integrations.
Bonus Skills
* Experience integrating HubSpot APIs.
* Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and performance-driven digital strategies.
* Previous experience working in high-growth environments.
* Exposure to AI-driven development workflows or tools.
