Medical Science Liaison Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join our team. As a key scientific resource, you will build relationships with stakeholders, facilitate clinical trial activities, and generate insights to inform strategy and improve patient outcomes.
This role requires a strong background in dermatology or rheumatology, extensive experience supporting clinical trials, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with clinical trial teams to support trial enrollment efforts, including identifying suitable patients and optimizing recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will engage with clinical trial sites and investigators to ensure smooth trial operations and alignment with study objectives.
In this role, you will also gather and synthesize insights from healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders to identify referral patterns, challenges, and opportunities for trial enrollment. You will develop frameworks to streamline patient identification and referral pathways. Furthermore, you will build and maintain relationships with HCPs, clinical trial investigators, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs) in dermatology. Act as a liaison between clinical sites, investigators, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and support.
You will travel extensively to meet with stakeholders, support trial sites, and attend relevant conferences and events. To be successful in this role, you will operate autonomously to manage responsibilities, meet deadlines, and drive projects forward while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role is required. Strong background in dermatology or rheumatology, with experience engaging with dermatologist-focused clinical trial sites and investigators. Proven track record of supporting clinical trial enrollment, patient identification, and site engagement is necessary. Experience generating insights and developing frameworks to address complex challenges in clinical trial operations is desired. Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel is expected.
