**Responsibilities**:
Manage the Quality Management function, implementing Six Sigma initiatives.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Partner with Operations, Training, and WFM teams to improve processes.
Analyze quality performance data and reports for senior management.
Implement testing tools, measurement systems, and techniques to maintain quality standards.
Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal organizational policies.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree
Fluent English (C1 level)
Experience in quality assurance is a plus
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred certifications in Total Quality Management, ITIL, Six Sigma, or related fields
Experience with BPO
Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and communication
Knowledge of continuous improvement practices
