Overview
Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry at Nexer Telescope. You will help find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, inform them about the benefits of living and working there, and build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.
Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Responsibilities
* Find engineers who are ready to move to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
* Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through relocation-related considerations.
* Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to coordinate relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
* Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries.
* Maintain a high level of service, quality, and brand awareness while meeting recruitment targets.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
* A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
* Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.
* High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
* Upper intermediate English.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
* Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
* Confident, social, friendly, motivated, and able to handle objections with resilience.
* Professional, proactive, and capable of representing the company appropriately.
Details
* Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time; long-term contract as a private entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
* Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
* Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
* Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Paid national holidays; 20 paid vacation days; travel, housing, and per diem as applicable.
