We are looking for go-getters with entrepreneurial spirit to help us drive our Brazilian expansion Tasks - Prioritize and deliver high-impact integrations (e.g., online marketplaces, online stores, 3PLs, etc.) - Lead discovery with Brazilian merchants (SMB enterprise) to map workflows across marketplaces, webstores, ERPs, 3PLs, accounting, and shipping; translate insights into clear PRDs and specs. - Work with partners technical documentations API/webhooks flows and define a clear guideline for Tech Team to develop changes inside Base platform - Lead implementation for complex enterprise rollouts—solution design, configuration, edge-case handling, etc. - Create product collateral with GTM (release notes, enablement decks, partner one-pagers) and support sales cycles as product expert. - Monitor the Brazilian competitive landscape and partner ecosystems; feed insights into build/buy/partner decisions. Requirements: - 2 years as Product Owner in ecommerce SaaS Business - Technical fluency (reading API docs, writing sample payloads, running Postman/cURL; bonus: light scripting/SQL). - Proven track record delivering API-driven integrations at scale (REST, OAuth, webhooks, pagination, rate-limit strategies, retries). - Strong discovery and systems thinking: process mapping, edge-case analysis (returns, partials, bundles, kits, backorders, cancellations). - Hands-on with data and metrics: define KPIs, run analyses (SQL or equivalent), instrument events, and make roadmap tradeoffs with evidence. - Excellent PRD/spec writing; crisp communication with engineers, enterprise clients, and executives. - Experience leading complex client engagements and partnering with / working as Technical Implementation Expert. - Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment; bias for action and ownership. Bonus Qualifications - Deep marketplace expertise (Amazon, MercadoLive, Shopee, TikTok Shop etc.) or commerce platforms (Shopify, VTEX, Wake, Magento, Nuvemshop etc.). - ERP/WMS/Accounting integrations (TOTVS, Linx, Senior, Bling, Olist etc.) - 3PL/fulfillment experience (Correiros, J&T Express etc.) - Catalog & taxonomy normalization, variant/attribute modeling, and multi-warehouse inventory/ATP logic. - Experience with order orchestration, routing rules, SLAs, and exception handling at enterprise scale. - Success in high-growth SaaS or at a commerce enablement company; prior founder/owner mentality.
