If you are enthusiastic about pioneering technology and shaping the future of media, we welcome your application.Key Responsibilities:Train and guide AI models by demonstrating best practices in producing and directing for stage, television, radio, video, or filmProvide annotated examples of key creative decisions, including script interpretation, casting, set design, sound, special effects, and choreographyExemplify outstanding written and verbal communication to model real-world collaboration and leadership in media productionPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems accurately understand creative workflows and production logisticsDevelop and evaluate scenario-based data to demonstrate problem-solving and creative decision-makingOffer insights and feedback to enhance AI learning processes and improve model precision in creative tasksKeep abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative methodologies into AI training programsQualifications:Extensive experience as a producer or director in entertainment, information, or instructional mediaComprehensive knowledge of the full production lifecycle from inception to deliverySuperior written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and teamworkProven leadership in managing creative teams and resourcesExpertise in script interpretation, casting, and making critical creative decisionsFamiliarity with production logistics, budget management, and technical workflowsAbility to simplify complex processes for instructional purposesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in training or mentoring, particularly in technical or creative environmentsPrevious engagement in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation initiativesStrong interest in emerging technologies and their impact on media productionAbout RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
