We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Strategist to serve as a key liaison between our organization and clients.
About the Role:
 * This strategic role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
 * You will act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Achieving Success:
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of stakeholder satisfaction.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and external stakeholders in a confident and compelling manner.
