Role-Software Developer (Java/Golang, Python)
Primary Skills (Golang/Java – Expert Level)
8+ years of hands‑on backend development experience, with 5+ years working extensively with Golang in production environments.
Proven expertise in building high‑throughput, low‑latency services using Golang
Deep understanding of Goroutines, channels, concurrency patterns, and designing services that avoid contention and maximize throughput.
Strong knowledge of memory management, profiling, and performance optimization (e.g., pprof, benchmarking, tracing).
Experience building highly scalable distributed systems handling very high request volumes and heavy data processing.
Secondary Skills (Python – Strong Proficiency)
Solid experience building automation tools, ETL processes, data workflows, or backend services using Python.
Capability to complement Golang services with Python‑based tools/scripts where needed
