We are seeking a seasoned IT Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring efforts for technology roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates across multiple IT positions.
Responsibilities:
* Source high-quality IT candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
* Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
* Manage candidate communication and follow-up activities
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
* Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
* Experience recruiting in the Brazilian market
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
* Proficiency in using ATS and LinkedIn sourcing tools
* Preferred: Experience hiring for global or remote roles
