About the Role:
* Design, develop, configure, and maintain Servicenow applications across multiple modules.
* Lead complex customizations using scripting and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
* Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.
* Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
* Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions.
Requirements:
* Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
* Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.
* 5+ years of hands-on Servicenow development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules
* Strong scripting and automation skills
* Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems
* Proven client-facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders
* Fluent in English (written & verbal)
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate in fast-paced, high-impact projects
