About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven, and creative Marketing Operations Analyst to own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives of Bybit in Brazil. You will play a key role in scaling marketing operations, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable results across campaigns and regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Plan, design, set up, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
* Process Optimization: Continuously iterate, improve, and build scalable marketing workflows and operational frameworks.
* Channel Ownership: Manage and optimize performance across multiple channels — Email Marketing, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Ads, and more.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with designers, translators, copywriters, operators, and developers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
* Planning & Budgeting: Lead quarterly planning for regional deliverables and team budgets;
ensure efficient budgetcontrol and ROI optimization.
* Testing & Optimization: Coordinate and analyze A/B tests across strategies, cohorts, and channels to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
* Data & Insights: Deliver actionable insights and analyses focused on acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
* Localization Quality: Oversee and improve translation quality for localized content (e.G., pt-BR) across app, website, and marketing assets.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.G., Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau.)
* Hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills both in english and Brazilian Portuguese
* Project management skills.
* Familiarity with A/B testing, automation platforms, and performance measurement.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
* Bonus: Experience managing marketing efforts across multiple regions.
