Project Management
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile environment. This role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion.
* Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
• Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
• Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
• Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
• Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required
