Job Description
A day in the life of a Senior Manager Business Systems involves supporting EHS landscape applications, implementing automation for audit control across regions, and collaborating with business partners to address their needs.
* Cultivate Strong Relationships: Foster partnerships with business stakeholders, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-party contractors.
* Organize Multiple Priorities: Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Identify Transformation Projects: Streamline or replace processes with end-to-end solutions, such as automated evaluation and matching of key system data.
* Ensure Effective Solutions: Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs in the most effective and efficient way.
* Create Documentation: Develop documentation on the business aspects of proposed solutions.
* Develop Technology Strategy: Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to develop a technology strategy and roadmap by researching, evaluating, and considering alternative technology options.
* Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Provide timely, customer-focused responses to troubleshooting and other technical requests.
Requirements
* Administrative Experience: 5+ years of experience in EHS with administrative, systems, and engineering careers.
* Strong Knowledge in EHS: Proficiency in product development lifecycle management and experience working in an Agile environment.
* EHS Systems: Knowledge of Enablon, Safety Net, and Safety Web.
* Language: English is required (advanced level).
