Your Role as IT Support Engineer I
Join us in shaping the future of e‑commerce technology. As an IT Support Engineer I, you’ll deploy innovative technical solutions across regional facilities, provide expert support for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications, think creatively to solve unique challenges beyond standard procedures, collaborate with global teams to maintain and improve our technology infrastructure, and drive operational excellence through hands‑on problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy innovative technical solutions across regional facilities.
Provide expert support for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
Think creatively to solve unique challenges beyond standard procedures.
Collaborate with global teams to maintain and improve technology infrastructure.
Drive operational excellence through hands‑on problem‑solving.
Drive network excellence through advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration.
Maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours.
Execute local technical projects from conception to completion.
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges.
Design and implement efficient IT solutions and processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures.
Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure.
Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities.
Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams.
Travel within region to support on‑site needs as required.

Basic Qualifications
1+ year of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi‑user high availability environment.
2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux OS support.
2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
Relevant certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or others.
Experience in English‑language communication (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of computer networking experience.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or equivalent.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
