Agile Coach Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support Product and Engineering teams in their continuous improvement journey.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and best practices
* Support and Guide Teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and feedback
* Partner with Enterprise Coaches to improve team performance, efficiency, and delivery
* Implement SAFe Practices, driving business value and innovation through Agile methodologies
* Identify and Resolve Impediments, proactively addressing challenges and obstacles impacting team progress
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe framework
* Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and experience working with global teams
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, navigate conflicts, and facilitate effective communication
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
