We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Technical Service Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing expert support and guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Evaluating client business requirements and developing detailed technical specifications
* Assisting in the conversion of client business requirements into technical specifications
* Maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk
* Assisting with document maintenance and updating client system environments
* Participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess relevant experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, as well as excellent communication skills.
