Scrum Master Role Overview
This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced professional to support and guide one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and contributing to the continuous improvement of team performance.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership to drive business results through efficient processes and practices.
1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies in alignment with Agile principles, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
2. Support and guide one or more Scrum teams, identifying and addressing impediments to progress and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Partner with enterprise Agile coaches to improve team performance and delivery, leveraging expertise to enhance the overall product development process.
4. Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, helping teams to adopt and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address key challenges, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to drive business success.
