Job Title: Project CoordinatorDuration: contractLocation: Brazil - RemoteResponsibilitie- sDetermine customer and project contacts from the Statement of Work- .Identify resources needed and assign or request resource assignments for engagements- .Establish project kickoff calls and project start dates in conjunction with project stakeholders- .Develop project schedules using appropriate tools and techniques and revise them as needed- .Ensure all internal and customer team members understand project scope and individual responsibilities- .Maintain schedules of tasks, deadlines, and team meetings;
coordinate and communicate schedule information to the project team- .Create and execute project work schedules and adjust them to meet changing requirements- .Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored- .Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis- .Create and provide weekly customer status reports throughout the engagement until purchased Time & Expense is exhausted or Firm Fixed Price deliverables are completedRequired Skill- sFluent in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and reading). Portuguese is a plus- .Strong written, verbal, presentation, and adaptive communication skills- .Strong organizational skills, including experience with spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps, information capture, attention to detail, and prioritization- .Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, and respond efficiently to project changes- .Experience with Google G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plusEducation & Experienc- eBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education, training, or experience- .Relevant experience, such as 2–3 years in Project Management, may be considered equivalent experience.
