Oracle Cloud Support Engineer - R2A
We are looking for a senior professional to support and operate the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud. You will be part of a global team, ensuring excellence in service delivery, SOX compliance, and adherence to ITIL standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act in the modules: General Accounting (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
* Resolve incidents and tickets within the deadlines (SLA), in partnership with internal teams and suppliers
* Provide support during the monthly accounting closing in multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC)
* Execute regression tests on quarterly updates of the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment
* Ensure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and evidence for audits
* Lead operations and continuous improvements in communication, processes, and support standards
* Participate in the definition and dissemination of best practices, in alignment with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab
* Work with engineering and project teams to ensure successful deployments and integrations
Requirements:
* Solid experience in Oracle ERP Cloud in the GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
* Minimum of 10 years with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Participation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
* Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in Brazil.
* Experience with tools such as BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
* Accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and practices.
* Excellence in written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
* Ability to lead teams of 5 to 10 people.
* Collaborative, proactive profile with an analytical mindset and results-focused approach.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
