Remote Paid Media Specialist
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time | Contractor Position
Salary: $1800 - $2500 USD per month via WISE or DEEL
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ET or 9:00am - 6:00pm ET with a 1-hour lunch each day.

Responsibilities:
* Campaign Setup and Maintenance: Assist with the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, targeting, and ad creative.
* Data Entry and Reporting Support: Collect and organize campaign data for internal reporting. Help prepare performance summaries and dashboards for senior team members and account managers.
* Quality Assurance: Perform basic QA tasks, including checking live ads, verifying proper tracking, and reviewing campaign components to ensure accuracy before launch.
* Internal Collaboration: Support account coordinators and managers by completing assigned backend tasks accurately and on time. Communicate any roadblocks or questions clearly and proactively.
* Documentation and Process Adherence: Follow internal processes and documentation standards to maintain campaign consistency and quality. Help keep internal records organized and up to date.
* Growth Mindset: Stay curious and eager to learn about trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Take initiative in growing your skills through hands-on experience and feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
Must Have Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Google & Meta Ads experience
* Managed ad spends in the thousands ($1,500/month+)
* Google Ads Certifications: Paid Search, Display, Video, Shopping & Performance.
Qualifications which will set you apart:
* Google Tag Manager experience
* Microsoft Ads experience
* Google Analytics experience
* Experience using data visualization tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) & TapClicks
* Experience in a deadline-driven environment
* Strong analytical thinker, driven problem solver, and a curiosity to understand the why as well as the what.
* Experience exceeding expectations.
* Excellent English level both written and spoken
