The ideal candidate will provide support to the Human Resources department across the Latin America region, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives in alignment with company policies. This role plays an important part in recruitment/talent acquisition across Latin America countries. It is also crucial to provide support to the managers, who will be our key internal customers.
Responsibilities:
* Run the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment process in Latin America region.
* Conduct training sessions during the onboarding process.
* Prepare and provide reports related to the functions and activities of the department.
* Update Excel files with essential information for bonus calculations.
* Assist employees with the SSAB People system.
* Support employees during Performance Management (Annual Reviews).
* Maintain and update employee document folders based on received information.
* Provide general support for human resources routines.
Qualifications:
* Currently attending college, preferable Human Resources, Psychology, Business
Administration or related field of studies;
* Advanced English skills;
* Advanced Spanish skills;
* Computer proficiency skills (Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
* Commitment to learning, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude;
* Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
* Focus in achieving results, being organized and working with deadlines;
* Be ethical, empathic and identify with company values;
